Naturally, the food can be paired with a range of excellent wines from the hotel’s cellars.

And with a beach bar, two hotel swimming pools, a myriad of watersports and even a running club, there is no shortage of activities for guests here.

In a nice touch, visitors can also enjoy the services of a private powerboat to make day trips to the nearby town of Soufriere or to the island of Martinique.
