With sections dating back to the 14^th century, the hotel, which is nestled within the walls of this medieval town, offers 65 rooms and suites that provide elegant accommodation with decor that ranges from jazzy modern through to classic French, complete with gilded mirrors, rich ancient fabrics and a true sense of history.

Food is France’s enduring passion and wine is the lifeblood of the region of Burgundy. So it’s no surprise then that the hotel contains a Michelin-starred restaurant that offers no less than 70 different wines. These can be paired with excellent dishes from the area and guests can even enjoy breakfast under a delightful vaulted cellar roof.
